Flat triangle shaped hardware is designed to be used with a swivel hook to make detachable straps and handles on bags. The swivel hook attaches to the round hole at the top of the ring; the straps/strap tabs on bag pass through the oval hole at bottom of triangle. Stitching below the bottom of the ring prevents ring from sliding and twisting.
